OUR TEAM

  • KALEB hurley- LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Kaleb has been the leader of Hope Church since the very beginning. He boldly proclaims the word of God while building genuine relationships with a desire for all people to experience the Lord transform their lives the way his life has been transformed. He is supported by his wife Kristy, their son Jarius, and busy baby girls Izara and Zoe. He especially enjoys traveling, date-nights, and connecting with people over a cup of coffee.

  • TYLER VANDENHEUVEL- WORSHIP LEADER

Tyler joined the Hope Church team as the Worship Leader in the summer of 2015. He brings energy and creativity to our team through music and his passion for seeing people receive the Lord and grow in their hunger for Him. Besides all-things-music he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kylie, crossfit, time with friends and family, and coffee—as long as it doesn’t taste like coffee.

  • Justin mikels- Ministry support staff

As Ministry Support Staff, Justin is here to support and better the opportunities to build community and make connections within Hope Church. Justin loves seeing lives transformed and will do whatever he can to help that process move forward at Hope. Besides all he does for the church, he enjoys watching sports, being outdoors and most of all spending time with his wife Erin and three boys Trenton, Jayson, and Peyton.

  • Kelli Sanderson- Administrative Support Staff

Kelli holds the fort down in our office. As Administrative Support Staff she is key in church communications, coordinating, and anything else she can do to help people build God’s Kingdom. Kelli joyfully serves on the worship team and enjoys running. Ultimately, she has a heart for the Hope Church and continuing to see God on the move uniting people from all different walks of life to serve, learn, and grow together.

  • KRISTY HURLEY- ADMINistrative Support & Women's Ministry

Kristy is Pastor Kaleb's wife and has been helping Hope Church run since before it launched. She takes us to the next level with her administrative gifts; helping things run smooth behind the scenes. She also leads our Women of Hope events, Sister Circles, and mentors women. God developed her heart for ministry at a young age through many overseas missions and Bible school. She desires to see the Church be healthy, reach more people and develop hearts that truly burn with passion for the Lord. Among the countless other things she does, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband, son and twin girls, as well as travelling, reading and being outside.

  • Juana Raatz- Children's Ministry Director

This joyful and ambitious mother of 7 children serves as our Children’s Ministry Director. She is passionate about leading our Hope Kids to know who Jesus is and grow in their relationship with their Heavenly Father. If a big family and ministry position wasn’t enough, she has also accomplished two full marathons, hopes to qualify for the Boston Marathon, is an avid coffee drinker, and brings excitement and so much more to our team.

  • May Arnold- Intern

May came to America with the intent to serve with Youth for Christ for one year while she prayed about the next steps God would lead her to before heading home to Germany. Her prayers were answered when He opened her heart and the opportunity to become our first ministry intern. May joyfully serves in administration, worship, children's and youth ministries while also focusing on a personal and spiritual development track. We are so grateful to have her on our team during this year!

  • Anna Levine- Nursery Team

Anna leads the Nursery Team with a desire that parents would be able to connect with the church and hear God’s word, free of distractions from our little blessings. She is a mother herself to daughters, Jayden and Kendra, and knows the value of having a close church family to raise up children together. Anna has been serving alongside her husband Clay since the beginning of Hope Church and continues to have a heart passionate for the mission of our church.
