Soft Hearts

PRAY
Lord as we prepare our hearts to celebrate Easter, would you soften hearts to hear the good news of the gospel. Refresh and remind us of the work you did on the cross — let us not forget the joy of our salvation. Thank you for your never ending love. Help me to be a shining light and lead others toward your truth. I pray for those who will be attending churches tomorrow who may have their feet in a in church, but their hearts are far from you. God, would you waken them from their apathy and traditions to hear your word anew. May it pierce their hearts with hope and lead them to salvation and life transformation. Help them to see faith is more than attending church on special holidays, but a relationship with the living God. Bless the efforts of those ministering this weekend and help us to remember you are the reason we celebrate!
